You take on the role of Dr. Adrian Salus,

A highly skilled medic who is also trained in combat. As one of the few doctors capable of dealing with this threat, you are assigned to protect the city's last bastion of healthcare: Arcanum Hospital.

Your mission is to defend Arcanum Hospital against the attacks of Biological Threats. To do this, you use a unique arsenal of medicinal weapons that combine with your medical expertise. Each weapon represents a specific type of treatment, from antibiotics to vaccines
